How to completely reset doubleTwist on Windows

To completely reset doubleTwist, please delete the "doubleTwist Corporation" folder.

1. All settings and databases are stored inside the "doubleTwist Corporation" folder on your PC. The full path is:

C:\Users\[YOUR_USERNAME]\Appdata\Local\doubletwist Corporation\

For example, on this test machine. The [YOUR_USERNAME] is "admin" so the full path is as follows:

C:\Users\admin\AppData\Local\doubleTwist Corporation\


2. You may need to adjust settings to see hidden folders if you do not have this option already set.

For a shortcut to the "Local" directory in "AppData", please paste this into an Explorer window.

3. Deleting the "doubleTwist Corporaton" folder will erase playlists, ratings, and playcounts that are only in doubleTwist. Items that are in iTunes or Windows Media Player will be unaffected. All settings, sync databases, and AirSync device pairings will also be removed.
   
   Upon next launch after deleting this folder, doubleTwist will recreate all settings and databases. It will re-import from iTunes and Windows Media Player to recreate the library database.
